“Museum Encounter—The Tang Story" is a groundbreaking immersive experience that brings Chinese traditional culture to life in a contemporary and entertainment way, creating a "living museum" concept. A thousand years of civilization is no longer distant and untouchable, but a vivid journey you can experience firsthand.

Guided by "Little Dragon Girl," the guardian of cultural relics, and "Kang Fuduo," a Sogdian merchant, visitors will explore the magnificent Tang Dynasty. Along the way, you may encounter NPCs dressed in authentic period attire, including noblewomen of the Tang court, a Uyghur princess, and musicians from Dunhuang. Journey through 8 immersive scenes to discover Silk Road currencies, exquisite brocades, and Dunhuang music and dance—an extraordinary treasure-seeking adventure awaits.

Terms and Conditions

1. Single Package admits one adult and allows one child aged 12 or under to join for free; Double Package admits two adults and allows two children aged 12 or under to join for free. Participants exceeding these limits will not be admitted.
2. Ticket sales and admission will close 15 minutes before the session begins. Latecomers may only enter by following the instructions of on‑site staff.
3. Please arrive at the museum 30 minutes prior to your purchased session for ticket validation.
4. Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by at least one adult.
5. MGM reserves the right to cancel the session. Guests who have purchased tickets will be notified individually regarding alternative arrangements.
6. All tickets are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable once issued. However, participants who are unable to attend due to illness may submit a valid medical certificate issued within 48 hours to museum@mgm.mo for consideration of a one‑time session change, subject to availability of tickets.
7. Inclement Weather Policy (for more information, please refer to museum.mgm.mo):
   - Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3 or Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning: The program remains as scheduled.
   - Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above: The program will be cancelled, and guests who have purchased tickets will be refunded.
8. Participation in this activity shall be deemed as your acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to comply with the Museum Regulations. For details, please visit museum.mgm.mo.
9. Tickets may only be used by the holder to gain admission to the relevant activity and may not, without prior written consent of MGM and the Promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites or social media sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission without prior notification. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, forged or copied in any way, or are not purchased from MGM or other authorized sellers.
10. Macau law shall govern the sale of all tickets; any disputes that may arise will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Macau courts.
11. If any inappropriate behavior persists despite warning, immediate leave will be required without objection. Tickets will not be reissued or exchanged.
12. MGM reserves the right to final decision on all matters.
13. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall take precedence.
