Every visitor to the Museum during this period will have the chance to participate in our on-site lucky draw for an array of stunning prizes, including:

How to Participate:

1. Reserve your visit online or collect your ticket on-site to enter POLY MGM MUSEUM.
2. After your visit, scan the on-site QR code and fill in your personal information to complete the registration.
3. At the campaign zone, present your registration QR code to join the lucky draw.

Terms and Conditions

1. The organizer of “Silk Road Voyages” is MGM, this campaign will be held from March 24 - May 17, 2026. By entering this game (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), you confirm that you have read and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Participants must complete a visit to the POLY MGM MUSEUM and register via the event QR code. During registration, they must provide their name, valid travel document number (Macau and Hong Kong residents must provide the last four digits of their dentification number; Mainland and foreign visitors must provide the last four digits of their passport number), museum ticket number, and contact information. The information will only be used for prize redemption and identity verification. Each person may register only once; duplicate registrations will be void.
3. All information will be based on the participant’s registration record. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive prize notifications or redeem prizes due to inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the participant.
4. Winners must present the prize information displayed on the game page and redeem the prize at the designated location within the museum opening hours on the day of winning. Late redemption will not be accepted. Winners must keep their prize information safe and present valid government-issued identification or travel documents and registration details for verification.
5. Winners must claim the prize in person and may not authorize another party to collect it on their behalf.
6. Winners under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and present original identification documents for both parties, along with a declaration, to claim the prize.
7. All prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash. Prizes not redeemed or used within the validity period will be void. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged with others.
8. The organizer assumes no responsibility if the participant’s registration information is incorrect or if they fail to present valid prize information, resulting in failure to claim the prize. Once a prize is claimed, the organizer will not reissue or compensate for lost or stolen prizes.
9. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will be deemed as forfeiting the right to the prize, and the organizer reserves the right to handle the prize at its discretion.
10. Winners are selected by random draw. This lucky draw does not guarantee a prize for every entry.
11. The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and make final decisions without prior notice. The organizer also reserves the right to delay, cancel, suspend, or terminate the lucky draw and amend its terms and conditions at any time without reason or prior notice and assumes no responsibility.
12. Employees and relatives of MGM, MGM Resorts International, MGM China Holdings Limited, and their subsidiaries, parent companies, and advertising agencies or representatives are not eligible to participate.
13. Participation in the event signifies understanding, acceptance, and agreement to comply with all terms and conditions.
14. In case of discrepancies, the Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail; the English version is for reference only.
