Self-Parking
1.
Guests can enjoy 1 hour of free self-parking by spending any amount on the same day at Tria and MGM Restaurants or at One Central Macau.
2.
Guests can enjoy 3 hours of free self-parking by spending at MOP 500 or above on the same day at Tria and MGM Restaurants or at One Central Macau.
3.
Guests can enjoy 5 hours of free self-parking by spending at MOP 1,000 or above on the same day at One Central Macau.
4.
The maximum hour of free self-parking is 5 consecutive hours, and MOP 15 per hour thereafter. Guests are required to settle payment in person at One Central B2/F Car Park Entrance.
5.
Parking privileges at One Central Macau are only applicable during its operation hours. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of One Central Macau.
Valet Parking
1.
The minimum charge for valet parking is MOP 60 for 2 hours and MOP 30 per hour thereafter.
2.
Guests can enjoy minimum of 2 hours free valet parking by spending any amount on the same day at designated Restaurants.
3.
Guest can enjoy 3 hours of free valet parking by spending over MOP 300 on the same day at MGM Retail shops.
4.
Guest can enjoy 5 hours of free valet parking by spending over MOP 750 at Tria.
5.
Hotel guests can enjoy 24 hours of free valet parking through Concierge at Hotel Lobby.
6.
M life Platinum and Noir members can enjoy 24 hours of free valet parking.
HK-MO Express

Travel directly by bus from Hong Kong’s city center to MGM MACAU via the Hong Kong–Macau Express Line. Tickets may be purchased online at the Kong–Macau Express Line website or at the designated counter.

1.
A valid ticket or pass must be presented for admission to the museum. Each ticket admits one person only.
2.
To ensure an optimal visiting experience, we encourage visitors to make a reservation in advance via our booking platform and redeem the ticket at the door before entering the museum.
3.
Visitors with bookings are asked to arrive within their scheduled timeslot. We may accommodate late arrivals based on the actual situation.
4.
Walk-in guests may obtain a ticket at the door for entry, subject to availability.
5.
During peak hours, visitors may be required to queue at the entrance and follow Museum staff’s onsite instructions.
6.
Each ticket allows for single-use entry only. Once a visitor exits the museum, re-entry is not permitted.
7.
Visitors and their belongings are subject to security checks at the museum entrance. Staff reserve the right to refuse entry for items deemed inappropriate.
8.
Appropriate attire is required; bathrobes, swimwear, or slippers are not allowed. Guests in improper attire may be denied entry.
9.
Personal items smaller than 55cm x 35cm x 20cm are allowed and must be carried in front during the visit. Larger items must be stored in the museum’s electronic lockers or with the hotel Concierge.
10.
Electronic lockers are only available for visitors’ use. The maximum size for stored items in the electronic lockers is 44cm(L) x 30cm(W) x 42cm(H), and the maximum weight is 40KG. Umbrellas that do not fit can be left at the umbrella stand near the Reception.
11.
We recommend children and the elderly be supervised at all times. Visitors under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or above), who will be liable for any damages caused by their underage charges.
12.
The museum reserves the right to photograph, film, record, or reproduce the image and sound of any visitors for educational, media, or editorial purposes, including use on our website, social media platforms, publications, or promotional materials used by the museum and MGM. Entry into the museum constitutes consent for the use of your image and sound.
13.
In case of an emergency, please follow the directions provided by our staff to safely evacuate the museum.

Car Park

Hourly parking and valet parking are available. For more information, please refer to the “Location and Transportation” section.

Lift

Access from MGM MACAU GF to the museum on the 2F is facilitated by lifts.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available on loan free of charge at the Reception on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lockers

Visitors are welcome to use the complimentary locker service provided by the Hotel Concierge or the self-service electronic lockers at the museum to secure their belongings. The electronic lockers are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wi-Fi

Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi internet across the museum’s premises.

Audio Guide

Guests are invited to scan the QR codes on exhibit labels throughout the exhibition hall to access audio descriptions in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. For the best experience, we recommend using a mobile device with a headset.

Guided Tour

We provide a variety of guided tours, including fixed-point, public, and group tours. Detailed information can be found under “Guided Tours & Group Visits” section.

Guided Tours & Group Visits
The museum’s expert team of docents provides professionally guided tours, enhancing visitors’ appreciation of the museum’s design, exhibition concept, stories, history, and information associated with the exhibits. Guided tours are available in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Public Guided Tour

Guests are welcome to join the public guided tour at the designated schedule each day. No booking is required. Each session lasts for 45 minutes.

Each session is limited to a maximum of 20 pax on a first-come, first-served basis.

Time: Daily 15:00 (Cantonese) and 16:00 (Mandarin)

Group Visit and Guided Tour

We open bookings for groups of 20 to 50 pax. Please make reservation at least 14 days prior to your visit. We will be in touch within 7 working days upon receipt of your requests.

For all reservations, POLY MGM MUSEUM reserves the right to make the final decision based on the actual situation. Groups without a reservation will refrain from entering the museum.

Please note the following:
Arrive on time to ensure prompt entry into the museum. Entry for late groups is not guaranteed and subject to availability.
Loudspeakers and agency flags are not permitted within the museum.
Food and beverages (including candies and gums) are not allowed in the museum.
Visitors and their belongings are subject to security checks at the museum entrance. Staff reserve the right to refuse entry for items deemed inappropriate.
Personal belongings smaller than 55cm x 35cm x 20cm are allowed and must be carried in front during the visit. If you are travelling by coach, large items that exceed the size limit are recommended to be stored in the cabin.

1. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after making an online reservation. What should I do?

2. What is the museum’s ticket exchange or refund policy?

Once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

In the event of any changes or cancellations related to the event or exhibition for which you have purchased a ticket, our staff will contact you using the details provided at the time of booking.

3. I lost something in the museum. Is there a Lost & Found?

If you’ve lost an item in the museum, please inform our museum staff or contact us at for assistance.

4. Are there any arrangements for inclement weather?
In case of inclement weather, the museum has special arrangements in place:
During Typhoon No.8 or above: the museum remains closed until the signal is lowered and will re-open two hours afterwards. If the signal is cancelled or lowered after 16:00, the museum remains closed for the day.
For Rainstorm Warning Signal, Typhoon No.3 or below: the museum remains open.
