Complimentary Shuttle Service
Upon arrival at any of Macau’s major entry points, you are invited to enjoy our complimentary MGM shuttle service. Simply look for the signature orange bus featuring the MGM lion logo.

Self-Parking
Guests may enjoy complimentary self-parking at One Central Macau Car Park, subject to the following conditions:

1 hour: Free with any same-day spend at Tria and MGM Restaurants, or One Central Macau

3 hours: Free with any same-day spend of MOP 500 at Tria, MGM Restaurants, or One Central Macau

5 hours: Free with a same-day spend of MOP 1,000 or more at One Central Macau

Complimentary parking is capped at 5 consecutive hours. Additional hours are charged at MOP 15/hour, payable at the L2 Service Desk in One Central Macau.

Valet Parking
Guests may enjoy valet parking services with the following benefits:

HK-MO Express
Travel directly by bus from Hong Kong’s city center to MGM MACAU via the Hong Kong–Macau Express Line. Tickets may be purchased online at the Kong–Macau Express Line website or at the designated counter.
- Admission
A valid ticket or pass must be presented upon entry. Each ticket admits one guest only. Tickets are invalid after the date of expiry. - Reservations
To enhance your visit, we recommend reserving your timeslot in advance via our booking platform. Please present your reservation QR code at the entrance prior to entry. - Arrival Times
Guests with reservations are encouraged to arrive within their scheduled timeslot. Late arrivals may be accommodated at our discretion, subject to availability. - Walk-In Access
Walk-in guests are welcome to obtain tickets at the Counter at L1 Grande Praça, subject to availability at the time of arrival. - Peak Hours
During busy periods, guests may be asked to queue at the entrance and follow instructions provided by our onsite team. - Security Screening
For the safety of all guests, security checks will be conducted at the entrance. Items deemed inappropriate may result in denied entry. - Dress Code
Proper attire is required. Bathrobes, swimwear, and slippers are not permitted. Guests in unsuitable attire may be refused entry. - Personal Belongings
Items smaller than 55cm x 35cm x 20cm are permitted and must be carried in front during your visit. Larger items should be stored in our lockers or with the hotel Concierge. - Locker Use
Lockers are available exclusively for museum guests. Maximum dimensions are 44cm (L) x 30cm (W) x 42cm (H), with a weight limit of 40KG. Oversized umbrellas may be placed at the stand near Reception. - Supervision
Children and elderly guests should be supervised at all times. Visitors under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above, who will be responsible for any damages caused. - Photography & Media
The museum reserves the right to photograph, film, or record guests for educational, editorial, and promotional purposes, including use across MGM’s platforms and publications. Entry constitutes consent to use of your image and sound. - Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions provided by our staff to ensure a safe evacuation.

Car Park

Lift Access
Lifts are available to facilitate access from MGM MACAU Ground Floor to the museum on L2.
Wheelchair Service
Complimentary wheelchair loans are available at Reception on a first-come, first-served basis.
Locker Facilities
Guests are welcome to secure personal belongings using our complimentary locker services—either through the Hotel Concierge or the museum’s self-service lockers. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wi-Fi Access
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the museum premises for guests’ convenience.
Audio Guide
Guests are invited to scan QR codes on exhibit labels throughout the exhibition hall to access audio descriptions in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. For optimal listening, we recommend using a mobile device with a headset.
Guided Tours
A variety of guided tours are available, including fixed-point, public, and group tours. For detailed information, please visit the “Guided Tours & Group Visits” section.
Our expert team of docents offers professionally guided tours that enrich guests’ understanding of the museum’s architectural design, curatorial vision, and the stories behind the exhibits. Tours are available in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Public Guided Tours
Guests are warmly invited to join our daily public guided tours at 15:00 (Cantonese) and 16:00 (Mandarin). No advance booking is required. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and is limited to 20 guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
For English-language tours, please email museum@mgm.mo at least 14 days prior to your visit to secure a reservation.
Group Visits & Guided Tours
We welcome group bookings for 20 to 50 guests. Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Our team will respond within 7 working days upon receipt of your request.
Eligible groups include:

POLY MGM MUSEUM reserves the right to make final decisions regarding group entry based on operational considerations. Groups without confirmed reservations may not be admitted.
Important Guidelines for Group Visits
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask all visiting groups to observe the following:
- Please arrive on time; late entry is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
- Loudspeakers and agency flags are not permitted inside the museum.
- Food and beverages—including candies and chewing gum—are not allowed.
- All guests and belongings are subject to security screening. Items deemed inappropriate may result in denied entry.
- Personal items smaller than 55cm x 35cm x 20cm are permitted and must be carried in front during the visit. If you are travelling by coach, we recommend storing oversized items in the cabin, as they may exceed the permitted size limit.
- Children and elderly guests should be supervised at all times. Visitors aged 12 or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above, who will be responsible for any damages caused by their underaged charges.
- The museum reserves the right to photograph, film, or record guests for educational, editorial, and promotional purposes. Entry constitutes consent to the use of your image and sound across museum and MGM platforms.
1. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after making an online reservation. What should I do?
- If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact us to verify whether your booking or registration has been successfully processed.

2. What is the museum’s ticket exchange or refund policy?
- Once your reservation is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Should there be any changes or cancellations to the event or exhibition you have booked or purchased, our team will reach out using the contact details provided at the time of reservation.
3. I lost something in the museum. Is there a Lost & Found?
If you’ve misplaced a personal item during your visit, please notify our museum staff or contact us directly for assistance.

4. Are there any arrangements for inclement weather?
Yes, the museum has special arrangements in place during adverse weather conditions:
- Typhoon Signal No.8 or above: The museum will close and reopen two hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal is cancelled or lowered less than five hours from the closing time, the museum will remain closed for the rest of the day. Visitors with online reservations affected by the closure may present their booking QR codes for admission within 7 days after the museum resumes operations.
- Rainstorm Warning Signal, Typhoon Signal No.3 or below: The museum remains open as usual.
- Inclement weather arrangements will be updated on our website on the day they take effect.
