Terms and Conditions

1. The program “Silk Road GO” (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is organized by MGM Grand Paradise, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. The Program period will run until August 31, 2026. By participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. By participating in this Program, participants agree to and accept to be bound by all Terms and Conditions.
4. The redemption dates for souvenirs and lucky draw prizes shall be subject to the electronic redemption voucher displayed in the game system. Any unclaimed prizes after the expiry date will be forfeited.
5. Souvenirs must be redeemed during the Program period at the designated location, within the Museum opening hours. Participants are required to present a valid prize redemption QR code for verification by Museum staff. Screenshots or forwarded QR codes will not be accepted.
6. To redeem a lucky draw prize, prize winners must visit the designated location during Museum opening hours on the day of winning or the following day, submit the original Museum admission ticket stub and present a valid prize redemption QR code. Verification will be conducted by Museum staff. Screenshots or forwarded QR codes from the prize details page will not be accepted. Winners who participate in the lucky draw on August 31, 2026 may complete redemption before 19:00 on September 1, 2026.
7. Each participant is allowed to participate using only one account. Rewards obtained through multiple devices, browsers, or WeChat accounts may be disqualified at the Organizer’s discretion. Any duplicate, fraudulent, or improper participation may result in disqualification.
8. The following actions will be considered violations or cheating, and the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants without prior notice:
   •    Deliberately attacking or modifying the Program’s systems, interfaces, code, or servers in any unauthorized manner;
   •    Using automated bots or scripts to participate or complete gameplay;
   •    Any form of fraudulent or transaction-based assistance, including purchasing assistance, using fake accounts, or manipulating assistance through technical means or non-genuine user groups.
9. All intellectual property rights related to the Program belong to the Organizer. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of the Program.
10. Participants acknowledge and agree that their names and likenesses may be used for publicity and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the official website, social media platforms, press releases, and internal publications.
11. Souvenirs and lucky draw prizes are non-cashable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and no change will be given. Any unclaimed or unused souvenirs or lucky draw prizes after the specified period will be deemed forfeited.
12. The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of souvenirs or lucky draw prizes after they have been redeemed, and no replacements or compensation will be provided.
13. The Organizer shall not be liable if participants are unable to participate in the Program, obtain rewards, or complete the redemption process due to system, network, device issues, or force majeure circumstances.
14. This Program includes randomized elements (including Cards acquisition results and lucky draw arrangements). All results are generated by the system and allocated in accordance with predefined mechanisms to all eligible participants.
15. Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) when entering the Museum.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice and without liability.
17. Employees and relatives of MGM, MGM Resorts International, MGM China Holdings Limited, and their subsidiaries, parent companies, and advertising agencies or representatives are not eligible to participate.
18. In case of discrepancies, the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Other language versions are for reference only.
